Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@coverin.co.uk, If your return request is accepted, we’ll require the Items sent back to us at the address sent to you. Customers are responsible for any return postage costs, for now

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or if they are not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 28 days for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
